Someone who has been on your side of the desk
I’m Nick, and I know how travel works because I’ve done it – on the ground, in different countries and markets, for more than 20 years.
I’ve worked in the UK, Romania, Malta, Greece, Croatia and the UAE: for hotel chains, hotels and restaurants – in reception, housekeeping and management – in marketing and sales, and in travel agencies and tour operating. I’ve worked with travel agencies worldwide, local guides, transport companies and the people who create lesser-known experiences, and I’ve built and promoted programmes like “Romania like a local” and “Hidden gems”.
That is what Hubert Holidays is built on. When you send me a hotel, a trip idea, a group or a partnership, I know what to check, who to call – and what makes the difference between a trip that is fine and one people remember.

Do I need travel experience to become a travel partner?
No. Experience helps, but we provide training and support. What matters is that you enjoy travel and helping people.
How much can travel partners earn?
Up to 80% of our available commission on eligible bookings, subject to the product and applicable terms. Earnings depend on what and how much you sell – we don’t promise a fixed income.
We are an agency outside the UK – can we work with you?
Yes. We work as your local partner in the UK for accommodation, transport, guides and experiences.
We are a hotel / guide / transport company – how do we join?
